Network Marketing in a Nutshell
condensed from Tim Sales -- Brilliant Compensation
When we talk about Network Marketing we are basically discussing a new type of Business Model actually hindi naman na bago, since may mga Network Marketing Business na 19 years old na -- others 20 years plus...
So like any Business, the main aim of Network Marketing
"to make someone's life better"
Understand that Businesses' MAIN aim is NOT to earn money
Earning money is the by product of doing business.
So we have this simple analogy or situation
Naglalakad ka sa mall...
then may nakita kang bagong kainan...
from the outside nakita mo na talagang sobrang presentable ng kainan...
new tables, chairs, complete with banners and stuff...
so you went in...
feeling mo nagutom ka eh...
you ordered a sizzling sisig...
unlimited ang rice! so nakatatlong rice ka over the good sisig...
dahil nagustuhan mo sya, at ipinamalita mo...
now question...
no...
hindi ka kumita doon...
nag enjoy ka at ipinamalita mo lang...
That is the main premise of Network Marketing
the difference is Network Marketing Businesses gives you an incentive sa pamamalita ng magandang product or service.
That is why, Network Marketing is more of the Products.
naniniwala, or effective ba talaga ang product?
will you be willing to stick your name on it?
If its good then you know your doing the right thing.
you are making someone elses' life better
you are in business.

Let's share insights.

Indications of Pyramiding - Masked as a Ponzi Scheme
If the company have one of the following factors -- dapat medyo watch out na agad.
1.) No Product
You pay for membership but you get no service nor any product.
as in Pera - pera lang | no exchange of products whatsoever.
San kumikita ang company? as mga bagong pasok.
So, some other company will mask their operations with some product; mas tricky ng kaunti pero obvious pa rin ang scenario
2.) One have Immediate Income from New Pay-Ins
The wrong thing about this scenario is -- you paid to get in and an amount from it was directly given to the one who invited you.
The problem with this scenario is that -- mapapababa sana nila ang presyo ng product nila kung hindi nila kailangang magbayad sa mga nag-invite
So the Next person will do invite -- just so he gets his ROI kaagad; hindi focused ang product mismo.
3.) Product is Low Quality or Can be Bought for a Cheaper Price
Indication of masked ponzi scheme -- kung ang produkto ay hindi ma-ju justify na mahusay, or low quality or you can get a product of similar value sa mas murang halaga.
4.) No Maintenance
For a business to be stable -- there must be repeat purchases
if we are looking for a vehicle to riches - we must practice due diligence sa pagpili ng kung ano nga ba ang sasakyan natin :D

Load Mo Sarili Mo - LMSM
Why have I joined Load Mo Sarili Mo?
Having a cellphone has risen from a status symbol to a commodity. The closest rival I can find so far was Load XTreme. Pero the said business seem to lose most of its luster, nang mapasangkot ito with Francswiss.
On the other hand – Muenchen is a partner of Smart, and was authorized by Smart to employ distribution methods they see fit. So their brainchild Load Mo Sarili Mo Came into play.
Load Mo Sarili Mo, is a self loading business – no more worries of stocking up on load and fear it may just expire. Load Fund, which is LMSM’s virtual cash.
Bigger reason why I am doing LMSM is to learn.
Yes, learn – do you believe that one way or the other if you want to be successful in life you must learn how to sell? Sa maraming tao, parang ang bigat bigat na task ang pagbebenta, pero the same perspective we learn need to learn how to sell – be it and product, an idea or sometimes ourselves.
Learn to sell.
I can find several reasons why i don’t have to do LMSM, but the opportunity to learn and earn is just undeniable; played and worked on correctly this will give you more than the Php 199 initial investment of yours.
There are lots of information you can now find for LMSM – especially on their blog and website.
Now what they don’t tell you is this.
- Kung solo ka lang – you can actually buy E-load via Smart Money plus 10% of the amount you have purchased. Against sa true value ng loadfund na binili mo via Smart Money din, unless you go stockist where you can have plus 3% of your purchased amount which starts at Php5000
- You will need around 300 downlines to secure that your Monthly Commissions is equal to your Self / Share Load Requirement
- You will get rejected – a lot
For the first and second one; the best motivation is that LMSM is an opportunity, plus the fact na pag naabot mo na ang tamang number, you will no longer have to reload talaga, you will not be doing this alone anyways you will have your group, lucky if you’ll get someone determined and dexterous to help you build your network, but the point is to get them – you must be one of them. And LMSM is the perfect venue so you can enhance you persuasion and people skills. Yet again learn to sell.Learning to accept and move on from a rejection is very important as well. Most people fail because they quit too early. One must learn to mind his own business and not just listen to be discouraged.
So there, LMSM – is one of those schools you can enroll to, the only catch is that much like life, it gives you a test first before you get to learn the lesson. Better of course if you can have and do it with a team. I will be more than happy to tell you more about the biz. But one thing you must do first. You must decide first if you want to stay on that comfort zone of yours first or do something that other people are not yet doing and be ahead.

Rich Dad Poor Dad

Ok...
sa totoo lang, natuwa ako sa rich dad poor dad, pero nung nakita ko na yung mga sumunod na mga libro, umn... wala lang, parang "kailangan ba 'to lahat?" so i just ended up looking for e-books, ah ye... hail oh free information, on my attempt i stumbled upon a challenging review of Kiyosaki's books and views.
ah there i am, starting to question about Kiyosaki's books as well. Is he really up to help people? is his book really revolutionizing? malupit ba talaga ang views nya? is he a new hero or another opportunist up to make more money for hisself and nothing else?
There are truth to his views and some gems to maybe whirlwind of his radical thinking. it can be a truth or a fallacy, i guess depending on who is actually and how one view it. some may find it skeptical but i find the statement below truthful
"the rich don't work for money... money work for them..."
But for that to even happen of course a person have to put some efforts first. wala namang nabubuo ng mag-isa, lahat yan dapat trinatrabaho.
Nyah...

First Job Experience!
Marami namang trabaho kung tutuusin ang konti eh yung trabahong gusto and on the same time good paying. (sabagay kung di ka gusto ng trabaho mo, you might not have it for long anyway...) siemps kailangan din na maayos ang compensation package...
Hmn...
In the mood talaga ako for my first day! Nandun pa yung magic eh!Pagdating ko dun, i met several first dayiers! Tanungan ng background! Sinabi ko na ECE ako...
"graduate?"
"? Ha? Oo..."
"bat dito ka nagtrabaho?"
ok... Sign ba yun?
